コロラドハウス・インターナショナルはアメリカ合衆国コロラド州ボールダー市に拠点を置くプライベート企業です。2008年の創業以来、医療、スポーツ、ビジネスの分野において、日米の高校、大学、専門機関のための国際交流事業を企画・運営しています。アメリカならではの合理性と日本ならではのきめ細やかさ、スタッフ一人一人の国際交流にかける情熱を武器に、質の良いサービスをお届けします。私たちは、持続可能な国際交流事業を通じて、より良い社会の実現を目指します。Colorado House International is a private company based in Boulder, Colorado, U.S.A. Since its establishment in 2008, Colorado House International has planned and managed international exchange programs for high schools, universities, and professional organizations in Japan and the United States in the fields of medicine, sports, and business. We deliver quality services with the rationality of an American company, the attention to detail of a Japanese company, and the passion of each of our staff members for international exchange. We aim to realize a better society through sustainable international exchange programs.

アメリカ医療研修
コロラド州内の大学をはじめとする教育機関、各種協会、臨床家、学者・研究者との長年にわたる信頼関係とネットワークを駆使し、クライアントのニーズに合わせたオーダーメイドの研修を提案いたします。看護、理学療法、作業療法、救急救命、アスレチックトレーニング、自然科学、ビジネスの分野で年間150名～200名のお客様をご案内しています。特別講義や施設訪問、エクスカーションのアレンジ、ロジスティクス、宿泊手配など、あらゆる現地サポートをお任せください。Using our long-standing relationships and networks with universities and other educational institutions, various associations, clinicians, and scholars/researchers throughout Colorado, we are able to offer customized training tailored to our clients' needs. We serve 150-200 clients annually in the fields of nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, emergency medical services, athletic training, natural sciences, and business. We can provide all on-site support, including special lectures, facility visits, excursion arrangements, logistics, and lodging arrangements.

While valuing one's own values, happiness, and universal ethics (well-being), we must also strive for diversity inclusion, the ability to think critically without taking things for granted, the ability to respond flexibly and adaptively to problems as they arise, and the ability to create and open up without fear, even when there is no precedent (zero to one). 神奈川県生まれ。東洋英和女学院大学社会科学部卒業。不動産ディベロッパー、経営コンサルタント事務所勤務を経て渡米。2008年、コロラド州ボールダーで起業、コロラドハウスインターナショナル社を立ち上げる。国際交流事業コーディネーターとして、未来を創る方々へ現地サポートを提供することに情熱を持っている。各種媒体でのコラム執筆を通じてアメリカのトレンドを発信する。Born in Kanagawa Prefecture. Graduated from Toyo Eiwa Jogakuin University, School of Social Sciences. After working in real estate and management consulting, she moved to the U.S. In 2008, she started her own business in Boulder, Colorado, and launched Colorado House International, Inc. As an international exchange coordinator, she is passionate about providing local support to those who are creating the future. She writes columns for various media to share the latest trends in the U.S.

コロラド州生まれ。コロラド大学心理学部卒業後、アジアへ渡り、日米間JETプログラムに参加する。コロラドハウスインターナショナル社共同創始者。2015年、新事業となる国際的な社会起業家を支援するプログラム「Unreasonable Japan Lab」を手掛けた。現在はプログラム名を「Ludus Labs」と改め、2022年よりグローバル教育イノベーション推進機構（IIGE）COIL型教育にVRプログラムを提供、文部科学省「大学の世界展開力強化事業」に参加、日本の教育機関と共同でAIに特化したスタートアッププログラムを開発、実施する。Born in Colorado. After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a B.A. in Psychology, he moved to Asia to participate in the Japan-U.S. JET program. 2008, he co-founded Colorado House International, Inc. In 2015, he worked on the Unreasonable Japan Lab, a program that supports international social entrepreneurs. The program is now renamed “Ludus Labs” and from 2022 will participate in the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's “INTER-UNIVERSITY EXCHANGE PROJECT” to develop and implement AI-focused startup programs in collaboration with Japanese educational institutions.

コロラド州デンバー在住。コロラド大学コミュニケーション学部卒業。写真家として活動し、熱心なCrossFitトレーナーでもある。空軍所属の父親の影響から、日本を含む世界中の多くの国で生活する機会があった。沖縄の高校に通ったことがある。日本をとても愛し、大学卒業後は英語講師として日本に滞在した。2017年よりコロラドハウスにて大学国際交流事業を担当。日本のことをいつも第二の故郷のように感じている。Lives and works in Denver, Colorado. Graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She is a photographer and avid CrossFit trainer. Because of her father's service in the Air Force, she has had the opportunity to live in many countries around the world, including Japan. She attended high school in Okinawa, Japan. Since 2017, she has been in charge of the university's international exchange program at Colorado House. She has always felt like Japan is her second home.

朝倉ストレンペック由紀博士は、大規模ヘルスケアシステムで経験を積んだ臨床看護科学者です。専門は緩和ケアと腫瘍学で、メトロ・デンバー腫瘍看護学会の現会長を務める。ナース・サイエンティストとして、複数の看護および集学的研究を実施し、Magnet®プログラムをサポートしてきた。また、医療システムレベルでのEBPと看護研究を支援するインフラストラクチャーを開発、主任研究者、研究アドバイザー、統計学者として看護研究をサポートした。シグマ・テータ・タウ国際看護名誉協会、アルファ・カッパ支部よりメンター賞（2017年）、コロラド・ナイチンゲール・ルミナリー賞（2016年・2021年）、ANCCマグネット・ナーシング・オブ・ザ・イヤー賞（2018年）を受賞。Dr. Yuki Asakura-Strempek is an experienced clinical nurse scientist for large healthcare systems. Her specialty is Palliative care and oncology, and the current president of Metro Denver Oncology Nursing Society. As a nurse scientist, she has supported the Magnet® program by conducting multiple nursing and multidisciplinary research studies. She also developed an infrastructure to support EBP and nursing research at the health-system level. Dr. Asakura-Strempek served as PI, research advisor, and statistician to support nursing research studies. Her selected accomplishments are the Mentor Award from the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Alpha Kappa Chapter at Large (2017), Colorado Nightingale Luminary Award (2016 & 2021) and ANCC Magnet Nursing of the Year Award (2018).

アシュリー・マキュライティス博士は米国の理学療法博士です。オハイオ州ウースター大学にて心理学を学び、同大学では女子サッカー部の選抜メンバーとして活躍。部活動で膝を損傷し、理学療法士を志す。大学卒業後、政府派遣の英語教師として徳島で3年間を過ごした後、帰国。コロラド大学大学院にて理学療法の博士号であるDoctor of Physical Therapyを修める。現在はデンバーヘルスメディカルセンターに勤務、臨床と教育の両方に貢献している。Doctor of Physical Therapy Practice. She studied psychology at the College of Wooster, Ohio, where she was a member of the select women's soccer team. After injuring her knee in a club activity, she decided to become a physical therapist. After graduating from college, she spent three years in Tokushima as a government-sponsored English teacher before returning to Japan. She completed her DPT, Doctor of Physical Therapy Practice, at the University of Colorado Graduate School of Physical Therapy. She currently works at Denver Health Medical Center, where she contributes to both clinical and educational activities.

It is home to the largest number of national laboratories and government agencies of the eight western states, and is known as “Silicon Mountain” for its thriving high-tech industry.
